First 2013 Corvette 427 Convertible Auctioned for $600,000!

Chevrolet brought its first production model of the 2013 Corvette 427 Convertible to Barrett Jackson.  Not only did they bring the vehicle there, they also auctioned it off to raise money for charity.

Excitement ran high for the vehicle as the bidding quickly smashed the 6-figure mark!  During the auction a few extras were thrown in.  Such as a Jeff Gordon racing suit along with a VIP trip to Daytona 500.  The bidding eventually ended at $600,000!  Ron Pratte is the new owner of the car!  The earnings from the car will all be going to benefit the AARP Drive For Hunger.
