GM Unveils the Next Chevrolet Colorado!

The current Chevrolet Colorado is in its last year of production out at the Shreveport, LA assembly plant.  However, it seems that GM has decided that they are not going to end the truck altogether.  A week or so, GM teased about a next generation Colorado, but they did not really give much information about it.  Well, apparently they could not keep the news quite, because they revealed the truck at the Bangkok International Motor Show.

The vehicle in the pictures is a concept vehicle technically which is why is showing off some aftermarket items such as the 20″ wheels, a Tonneau cover, and a few other pieces, but the design of the truck is what you see.  This vehicle is supposed to be ready to sale in Thailand later this year.

Now for some of the specs.  This truck is supposed to have  2.8L Turbo Diesel which is supposed to offer some of the most competitive towing capacity, fuel-efficiency as well as power!  This truck looks pretty hot, and the only question that is really left is whether or not this vehicle is going to be for sale in the US.  As of right now, there has not been any answer given.

All we can really do at this point in time is hope that they will offer it here too!  Stay tuned and we will keep you updated!
